Elliot's Brain

The idea is simple: if AI output depends on context, then context management is infrastructure. Notes, sources, decisions, project history, and working assumptions shouldn't be scattered across chat threads and memory.
Elliot's Brain stores that material in a structured way, backed by PostgreSQL and S3, and exposes it through a CLI and the MCP protocol. That means AI tools can connect to it as a context source instead of relying only on whatever happens to fit in the current prompt.
It's still underused compared to where I want it to be. Some tools are like that. They arrive before the habit around them is fully built.
But that principle has become central to everything else I build: better context makes better work possible.
