This Site
The V2 site runs on Next.js and Sanity CMS, with deployment through Vercel. The build included a CMS foundation, structured content, project pages, animation primitives, technical SEO, security headers, launch QA, and production deployment.
Planning and execution were tracked in Linear. Banzai coordinated the development workflow. AI tools handled large parts of implementation, but the important decisions stayed human: positioning, copy direction, visual direction, content structure, quality gates, and final approval.
The site also became a test of the system around the work. Content, design, engineering, QA, deployment, and post-launch polish all moved through the same basic loop: define the task, assemble context, execute inside constraints, review the output, and decide what happens next.
That's the point of the project. The site isn't just a place to describe the method. It's one of the artifacts produced by it.
